Yes. We use EU-approved, low-toxicity products and targeted application methods. Once the treated area is dry — typically 30–60 minutes — it is safe for children and pets. Your technician gives you exact re-entry times in writing.
Every residential treatment comes with a 3-year guarantee; commercial contracts can be extended to 5 years. If the target pest returns within the window, we re-treat at no cost — no arguments, no small print.
For emergencies — wasp nests, rodent sightings in food areas, bed bugs in hospitality — we aim for a 45-minute response in Munich, Berlin and Vienna, and same-day in all other served cities. Standard inspections are usually booked within 24–48 hours.
No. We use unmarked vans, plain uniforms on request, and schedule discreetly around your business hours. For hotels and restaurants we can work before opening or after closing.
Card, SEPA transfer, and invoice for commercial accounts with 30-day terms. We issue proper VAT invoices for all EU countries, so cross-border businesses can reclaim easily.
